"Friendly helpful service, especially since I arrived at 7:30 am - with no appointment, to buy new tires. Staff, also arriving about the same time, invited me to sit in the customer lounge where there was a large screen TV, and a coffee brewing station. At 8 o'clock, I wandered over to the tire department service desk, where I was told I would have my new tires replaced in about 1 1/2 to 2 hours. I wondered over to the Superstore, right next door, and picked up a few things, and got a call that my car was ready! It took about 70 minutes and I paid my bill and drove away on a cloud of new rubber."
