Yesterday, as a visitor from Albert, I arrived at your dealership with my 2021 Tahoe for assistance with a low oil level message on my DIC. I met Samuel Chan who quickly check with ‘the Tower’ and advised me that this could be investigated shortly. An hour later, I was on my way out of the dealership with the assurance that nothing abnormal caused my low oil level including a leak, my oil was topped up, and my vehicle was washed! I also got to interact with a few other Dueck employees during my short wait time. I received excellent service from all in a friendly and exceedingly time manner and I appreciate very much the great service and reassurances as I continue my time in the lower mainland. Samuel quarterbacked a great experience for me.
