Friendly helpful service, especially since I arrived at 7:30 am - with no appointment, to buy new tires. Staff, also arriving about the same time, invited me to sit in the customer lounge where there was a large screen TV, and a coffee brewing station. At 8 o'clock, I wandered over to the tire department service desk, where I was told I would have my new tires replaced in about 1 1/2 to 2 hours. I wondered over to the Superstore, right next door, and picked up a few things, and got a call that my car was ready! It took about 70 minutes and I paid my bill and drove away on a cloud of new rubber.

Edgar gave my wife and I exemplary service. When it comes time to take delivery he patiently spent a great deal of time making sure we had all our questions answered, showing and explaining all options and how they worked. He offered that we should contact him with any questions that would come up in the future. 10 out of 10 from all Dueck staff as we proceeded to completed transaction. We thank you for the enjoyable experience afforded us.

My experience at Dueck GM on Marine was fantastic!! I worked with John Centanni for a few months to find the right vehicle for our family. Due to COVID, inventory was extremely low by John didn't give up and eventually was able to get exactly what we were looking for. The effort he put in for us was appreciated so much and will never be forgotten!! The entire purchasing process (financing paperwork to the vehicle walk through) was quick and effortless! Bonnie was wonderful with the financing portion and explained the financing and warranty details very thoroughly. Mike, who did the vehicle walk through, is very knowledgeable on their inventory and went through the vehicle features in great details. Will most definitely return to Dueck GM on Marine when we are in need of another new vehicle!!
